Chapel Hill

Last Saturday the family took a little trip down to Chapel Hill to visit friends and go to the temple. Our temple district is the DC temple, but it takes the same amount of time to travel to the Raleigh temple. It was really fun to go back and see friends and also see beautiful Chapel Hill. When Jason and I first moved to Chapel Hill we really felt claustrophobic because there were so many trees, but now two years later we have really come to love the trees. We have trees in Chesapeake, but Chapel Hill is just gorgeous. If you haven't been there you should go - best times are in the fall when the tree's leaves are changing colors or in the spring when everything is budding. It is probably so beautiful to us because we have such sweet memories there with friends. For all of our friends from Chapel Hill thank you and we love you!

Williamsburg

Our family took a day trip up to Williamsburg to see the town (but also to hear a sales pitch about a timeshare and then to get the gift after hearing the sales pitch - haha). The town was really cute and fun to look around. We didn't get tickets to go into the houses this time because we knew we would only be there a couple hours, but we are planning on it for next time.

Jason and Sarah infront of the Palace. I wish I could be a little more descriptive, but like I said we didn't take the tour.
The flute and drum players marching down the road.
This was the capitol building. I thought it was interesting how this capitol building has a west and east wing (kinda like the one we have now).
Jason and the kids infront of a shoemaker shop.

Elastic Face

Sarah has more facial expressions then anyone I know. Jim Carrey might have her beat, but she is a close second. Here are just a few of "the many faces of Sarah".
